This is the short hiking route that we offer near the Kathmandu valley that embarks to the beautiful Namobuddha, Balthali and Panuti villages. The major sights of this beautiful trek include Newari villages, farmland, rivers, mountains and green hills.

Our first stop, Namobuddha, is one of the most sacred monasteries of the Buddhist people. The temple sits directly on the edge of a mountain, overlooking all the amazing scenery that surrounds it. On the way to Balthali, you will meet local people working on their field, who always are welcome to intercultural interactios. On the way back to Panauti you will be welcome by a local family and served home hosted lunch. And finally, you will have a cultural tour of Kathmandu. This trip is a fantastic way to see some of the greatest sites in Nepal in only five days.

This trip can be done throughout the year and any group size with normal physical fitness can set out onto this trip with ease.
