    Bali Dive Trek

On this 12-day diving safari in Bali, you will make 14 dives exploring the richest biodiversity of the underwater world. Bali is part of the Coral Triangle and the Indonesian archipelago is home to 500 coral reef species (seven times more marine species than the entire Caribbean!) You'll dive in the coral gardens and witness frogfish, harlequin shrimp and many other forms of marine life. In the global center of marine biodiversity, you can also discover rare species like pygmy seahorses hiding in the mud on 'muck dives'€™ and take refuge in charming bungalows between the 14 dives.

    Itineraries

A transfer will pick you up at Denpasar airport and bring you to the bungalows, located half a kilometer from the beach and snorkeling site. The ten bungalows in Amed have everything you need: double beds, bathrooms, air conditioning and internet access.

Today, we'll head east to explore the royal water palace, rice paddy terraces, maze of fountains, and wonderful carvings and statues in Tirta Gangga.

Today, we'll dive twice at one of the most popular sites in Bali. We meet at 8:15 at the dive center and head north-east to the small fishing village, Tulamben, to explore the Liberty shipwreck. During World War II, a Japanese submarine overturned the US Army cargo and 100 divers visit the wreck daily.

Today, we drift dive in Amed where we can encounter blacktip sharks, parrot fish and many other small marine life such as razor fish. We meet 8:15 at the dive center and take traditional wooden boats '€˜Jukung' to the two diving sites of Bunutan and Pyramid.

Today, we make an early start. We leave the bungalows at 4 AM to climb the active 1917m high volcano '€œGunung Batur'. In the afternoon, we'll go snorkeling.

Today, we meet at 7 AM at the dive center and head to Nusa Penida for two dives in a site known for its impressive manta rays and ocean sunfish.

Today, we'll drift dive twice and night dive in coral gardens in Emerald and Alamanda.

Today, we head east at 9 AM to explore Bali's most important temple, Pura Besakih, on the misty slopes of Mount Agung. It's the largest and best-preserved temple in Bali and consists of 23 temples.

At 9 AM, we take off and head to Kabu in the traditional 'Jemeluk' boats for three dives to explore the Boga Wreck and coral gardens.

Today, we leave at 8 AM to dive in the Blue Dragon's reef in Gili Tepekong.

Today, we leave at 9AM to explore Ubud's traditional markets and animal park 'Monkey Forest'. Back at the hotel, Balinese dancers will perform in the evening.

Time to say our goodbye's and head to the airport.

Get stoked for your next trip
