Join us on a unique 4x4 safari on the unknown side of the mythical mountain of Olympus. With our special 4x4 vehicles, you will get to discover the obscure and beautiful locations of the mountain and drive close to its highest peaks while experiencing all the nature Olympus has to offer. We will start our journey from the picturesque Kokkinoplos village at 1100m and walk in the beautiful narrow streets while admiring the view of the high peaks of Olympus.

Following the dirt road towards Kserolaki we slowly enter the beautiful forest of Kokkinoplos which is filled with streams and natural springs. Somewhere among the pine and fir trees, we will come upon flower-covered meadows overlooking the mountain. Then, we will arrive at the famous fountains of Tsoureka and Papazisis where you can stop and drink from the crystal clear waters and enjoy the elegant scenery that surrounds them. Afterwards, we will turn to the road that leads us to the  wild area of Kserolaki, where we are surrounded by the three highest peaks of Olympus: Mitikas (2918m), Skolio (2911m) and Stefani (2908m).

We follow the road towards the Nahum Caves and into the natural entrance to Megala Kazania (a pre-glacier basin) where we briefly abandon our cars and go on a short hike in the caves. After exploring the caves, we will then return to our 4x4s following the dirt road to Bara and Petra village. Entering the Pieria prefecture we will make a stop at the main square of the village before returning to our base.
